OCD (obsessive-compulsive disorder) is an anxiety-related condition that makes an individual have uncontrollable compulsions to perform certain types of behaviours. Like any other anxiety issue and phobia, OCD has a negative knock-on effect that can damage relationships and oneself. Different types of OCD range from constant worrying, compulsive cleaning, and superstitious practices to nonstop negative thinking checking locks and other devices a set number of times and sleeping disorders.
