This is a psychology led service, utilising the latest neurological research, and focussing on a Solution-based approach. At Havensfield Hypnotherapy I believe that it’s important to find not only the right therapist, but also the right treatment for you. So, whilst I make sure I use evidence-based therapeutic techniques, I also make sure that I listen to what you want, to help find the right approach for you.
