Shame

Experiencing feelings of shame can be extremely unpleasant and may lead to future issues in a person’s life. Feelings of shame are generally triggered by having unhealthy beliefs about yourself because of a preceding event that may have been public. Often you assume you will bring on other people’s disapproval or worse, as a consequence of what you have done. The shameful feelings later come to pass because we assign self-worth to other people’s opinions of us. Hypnotherapy can help by helping you to let go of these unpleasant feelings and allowing you to regain your self-esteem and live a happier, healthier life.
